  1. I love the trick of mixing the butter, milk, and flour in the shaker cup! I never thought of that – usually use a small whisk in a Pyrex measuring cup which splashes, of course. This is a great trick and I know I have a cup like that!

    • Oh, Lisa, this was a huge breakthrough for me! For years I have been dirtying another pot, making a cheese sauce and watering down my soup with it! This worked better and tasted better, and I did not scald the bottom of a saucepan!

  2. Oh girl, this is the first time I saw the words “cheeseburger” and “soup” associated in a dish. But it looks so delicious and I bet it’s really fun to prepare it. I will definitely try it these days. Thanks for sharing!
