Join me for a #LittleChefs Cook-Along! Plus Ravioli Lasagna Recipe
I’ve had some fun this fall working with Chef Boyardee on the Little Chefs Project. I’ve collaborated with some fabulous bloggers on an eCookbook that will be perfect for moms like you and me! As part of this project, we bloggers are going to take part in a series of Cook-Alongs, and my group is up first! I’d love to have you all join me on Thursday afternoon!
What: A virtual Cook-Along called Feel Like a Kid Again, part of The Little Chefs Project series on The Motherhood.
The Little Chefs Project series consists of six Cook-Alongs, taking place every Thursday at 2 p.m. ET between October 11 and November 15, and each Cook-Along covers a different topic around cooking with kids. Feel Like a Kid Again addresses how you can feel like a kid again in the kitchen, and how your own kids bring back those memories for you.
When: Thursday, October 11, at 2 p.m. ET. It will last 30 minutes.
Where: The Motherhood – here is the link to the page where the class will be held: http://www.themotherhood.com/
About the class: Remember what it was like to cook with your mom or dad? Bring back those memories by getting in the kitchen to whip up your own childhood favorites with your kids – or have kid vs. adult cook-offs, sing songs, get silly, make a mess and more. Join us for great stories, delicious recipes for cooking with Chef Boyardee that the whole family will enjoy and tips for feeling like a kid again in the kitchen!
To take part, just click the link above, log into The Motherhood using your member ID (if you don’t have one, it’s easy and free to sign up), and chat away in the text-based comments. We’ll also have a video feed running during the half-hour Cook-Along, so you’re welcome to show up simply to watch if you’d like!
The Cook-Along is sponsored by Chef Boyardee, and it is hosted by The Motherhood. You can visit Chef Boyardee online at http://www.chefboyardee.com/ or on Facebook at http://www.facebook.com/
I’ll be there with several other bloggers to co-host the class, and I hope you’ll join us! The fabulous people who will be co-hosting with me are:

Now, you all know that most of the time I prefer to cook from scratch. That is my preference. That is my ideal. My reality, though, is that I am a very busy mom to six kids! Over time I’ve learned some helpful cooking shortcuts (watch for my rotisserie chicken noodle soup next week!).
ChefBoyardee has a line of products that, quite frankly, my kids love. So, I’ve tried to transition some of these lunchtime favorites into some hearty dinner entrees for my hungry crew. Ravioli Lasagna is becoming a fast favorite!
Get your kids involved! This is a super easy recipe for them to help with. Put one in charge of cooking the spinach, one in charge of mixing ingredients and another in charge of layering! Ingredients Instructions Notes This recipe first appeared here; http://www.chefboyardee.com/recipes-Ravioli-Lasagna-5616 Disclosure: I am working with Chef Boyardee and the #TinyChefs project as part of a compensated campaign. However, all opinions are, as always, 100% my own.
This looks really delicious! My son loves to help in the kitchen. I think he would love to help make this.
