  1. Hi Pam, glad you liked the Raspberry Cake! And the pumpkin bars are so healthy, with a half day’s supply of immune-boosting vitamin A (oops, am I sounding like a dietitian)?! Your girls are getting so big… time flies. Hope Spring has arrive to North Dakota. We are seeing glimpses here in Boston. Keep up the cooking!

  2. Frozen for sure! Here in North Dakota I use a lot of frozen fruits and veggies. But really, they are quick, easy and are frozen fresher than what I can find in the produce section. I’m looking forward to CSA season next month though!

    Oh and Janice, those kids each ate way more than one serving of pumpkin bars, so they are all full of vitamin A!

    The girls are getting big, they have a lot of brothers to keep up with!
