How to Teach Your Kids To Cook a Real Food Breakfast

We all know that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. However, we rarely treat it this way (except my husband who posts breakfast pictures on Facebook on the regular).

Most of the time we stock up on boxed cereal, maybe a bag of bagels and some milk and consider breakfast meal planning done.

I learned last year that our family dynamic (and health) improved when I changed how we do breakfast in our house.

Those changes were great, but they meant more work for ME. What if your kids could join the “cooking staff” of your household?
